Months ago I came up short and left a frustrated message. Well, they confused frustrated with anger or hatred and sent me a letter in the mail stating that they were closing my account.

So, do not travel unless you have a couple hundred in cash because they will give you no warning before freezing your assets.

I got it sorted out with much hassle.

The next day they gave me the run around by playing phone tag. The branch gave me an 800 number to call, and the 800 number told me to call the branch. After getting frustrated again, they once again threatened to close my account.

They will close your account at the first given chance.

Recently, I attended truck driving school in Denver Colorado without notifying them. I had to get new glasses and managed to pay for the doctor when they completely froze my account and left me stranded. I couldn't pay for the glasses, I had no money for food, gas or anything else.
